Before ordering

Send your pack, quantity and full delivery location. Obtain written confirmation of service area, freight or shipping charges, dispatch estimate and expected delivery. No universal 24-hour or 2–3-day delivery promise is made. This site has no online checkout or automated shipping calculation.

Dispatch & changes

Ask the business for dispatch or tracking details. Contact them promptly to change an address or quantity; feasibility depends on dispatch status. Agree any extra cost or revised timing in advance.

Cancellation

To request cancellation, share your order reference by phone or email. The business will clarify the position based on dispatch status, agreed order terms and applicable law. The website does not set an automatic cancellation fee. Any charge remains subject to applicable consumer law.

Wrong, damaged or problematic goods

Contact the business promptly about a problem. Share pack, batch, invoice and delivery photographs if available. Photos or videos assist review; statutory complaint rights do not depend on a mandatory unboxing video or a short website reporting window. Stop using the product and notify the business if you suspect a food-safety issue.

Returns, replacement & refunds

The remedy depends on the issue: replacement, return or refund where due under order terms or law. Ask the business to confirm return authorisation, collection or return address, transport responsibility and refund method. Defective or incorrect goods may be treated differently from change-of-mind requests; no blanket no-return policy is published.

Refund method & timing

The amount, method and processing information for an approved refund should be confirmed in writing. Business processing and bank or payment-provider timings may differ. No unverified fixed refund period is invented here; applicable legal timelines and consumer rights continue to apply.
