No change-of-mind returns

This is a food product. Correctly delivered goods without defects are not eligible for return, exchange or refund solely because of a change of mind, a pack size chosen incorrectly by the customer or a change in preference. Routine returns of opened or used packs are not accepted.

Wrong or damaged goods

If goods are wrong, leaking, damaged, defective, expired, unsafe or not as described, stop using them and contact customer care promptly. Share your order reference, pack or batch and available photos. Your statutory rights do not depend on a mandatory unboxing video or an unusually short reporting deadline.

Resolution and return costs

After review, the remedy will be replacement, return or refund as appropriate to the issue and required by law. Obtain return instructions from customer care before sending a parcel. Reasonable return or collection costs required because of our error or eligible defective goods will not be passed to the customer.

Cancellation

Request cancellation by phone or email before dispatch and quote your reference number. If we cannot accept an order and have collected any amount, it will be returned. Routine change-of-mind cancellation after dispatch is unavailable; exceptions for wrong or defective goods and statutory rights remain.

Where a refund is due

An approved refund, or one due under law, will normally be initiated within 5–7 working days of approval. It will return to the original payment method where possible; for cash payments, a safe method will be agreed with the customer. Bank or payment-provider credit timing may vary. This website currently collects no online payments.
